Your account and properties

Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in links, and only manage properties or upload content you are authorised to use. You retain ownership of your content and allow us to store and display it to provide the service. Use Calirez lawfully and respect guests’ privacy. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy policy.

Price and cancellation

The subscription is US$10 per active property per month, with all features included. It renews monthly until cancelled. Taxes, if applicable, are shown at checkout. Payment processing fees and any bank currency-conversion charges are separate. Changes to your active property count may create prorated charges or credits.

Cancel through Billing before your next renewal. The billing portal shows when cancellation takes effect. Cancelling a subscription does not cancel guest bookings. Contact us about refunds or billing disputes; your statutory rights remain unchanged.

Bookings and availability

Accommodation is supplied by the property host, not Calirez. Hosts are responsible for their listings, availability, accommodation terms, taxes and guest refunds. Guests should contact their host about a stay. Calendar imports depend on external services and may be delayed; hosts must check availability and resolve booking conflicts.

Service and legal rights

We aim to provide a reliable service, but interruptions can occur. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address non-payment, misuse or security risks, with notice where practical. Self-service account closure requires outstanding bookings and subscriptions to be resolved; contact us if you need help.

We will give reasonable advance notice of material changes to these terms or subscription prices so you can cancel before they apply. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. New Zealand law applies, without removing mandatory protections that apply where you live.
